    The Beautiful Junior Suite was spacious, allowing our family of four to relax comfortably. The breakfast offerings were excellent, especially the hot dishes and good cappuccinos. Christmas dinner proved disappointing, being overpriced and lacking flavor, a letdown considering the hotel's otherwise high standards. The location was convenient for exploring, yet the noise from the bustling streets was occasionally noticeable at night.

    I greatly enjoyed well decorated and well-equipped room here.

    Everything was simply superb. The hotel was extremely convenient with especially helpful personnel from the check in counter to concierge to the manager. The breakfast was freshly cooked and healthy and well presented with fresh local berries and a juice or extras, for example.

    The luxury junior suite was super spacious n beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly n attentive, like they really cared about us. We loved how quiet it was at night, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delish n set us up for the day!

    The room service food could be better, my husband was kinda disappointed. We only got one key fob, a bit annoying when we went out separately.

    Beautiful hotel, the decoration was so unique and gorgeous, the room was big and confortable. Great location

    My husband and i were carring only a carry-on bag so we didnt see the need of the bellman taking it, so the guy didnt like this and just left us at the elevator and didnt take us to the room. When we got to the room he had a little trouble with the lights because there were so many light switches. And just because of the price of the room i was expecting someone to take us there and kind of explain everything. Other than that the staff was very nice

    The hotel offers wonderful meal in the morning, gorgeous food. The units are big size and silent on ground level. Its location is great and stunning in exceptional artwork. Thank you for a great stay, we would return here.

    Super comfy and stylish!

    The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really friendly. I loved the toiletries-they felt so fancy compared to the usual chain stuff. Plus, the in-room breakfast was a great touch. Only wish the seating in the common areas was a bit more plentiful.
